- Grant applications go to grant committee, which can be made up of FOF board members and community volunteers appointed by grant committee chair.
- Members of Grant Committee reviews and scores all applications.
- Grant Committee meets and recommends funding levels based on budget.
- Grant committee submits grant recommendations to full board, for vote.
- Award letter goes out to applicants. (awardees and those who were denied).
- Applicants who are awarded grants receive a contract stating that grantees must notify Friends of Faith of any significant changes in their proposal. When the contract is signed, they receive the their grant. This is administered by the Board President or designee.
- Board President or designee sends rejection letter and approval letter along with the check if appropriate.
