Over 400 cyclists will join the Breast Cancer Fund to help raise awareness and funding for breast cancer prevention in the 3rd annual Bike Against the Odds.  Cyclists of all abilities are encouraged to participate, and will be able to choose from five routes, from 12 miles to 65 miles. The courses, all beginning and ending at Lake Merritt, provide Bay views as they wind through the redwood groves and vista points of the Oakland Hills.  Each cyclist is asked to pay a $45-$65 registration fee, and raise a minimum of $250 in pledges.  All proceeds will support four Bay Area breast cancer organizations including the Friends of Faith, Inc.
